We are excited to announce the launch of our Automated Bidding System, designed to simplify the process of submitting estimates for work orders. Say goodbye to tedious phone calls, and effortlessly upload your estimates directly through your vendor portal.
Here are two convenient ways to do it:
A. Using your vendor portal:
Log in to your vendor portal. If you haven't created an account with Poplar yet, simply sign up for one!
Open the work order requesting an estimate.
Submit your bid seamlessly using your portal. Just a few clicks, and your estimate will be sent to the homeowner.
B. Via Email:
Click on the "Submit an Estimate" button provided in the email notification you received.
Log in to your vendor portal. If you're new to Poplar, signing up for an account will be a quick and simple process.
Open the work order that is requesting an estimate.
Submit your bid hassle-free!
Once you've submitted your bid, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. You'll receive a notification once the homeowner approves your bid, allowing you to proceed with confidence and start working on the assigned work order. It's that easy and hassle-free!
