Maintenance Update: You can now download your work orders' invoices on your Maintenance page!

Poplar just updated its Maintenance Tab so you can view, track and manage your maintenance spending better! We’ve made tracking your expenses easier by letting you view and download your invoices when you open a work order.

Easily View and Download Your Work Order Invoices

You can now easily view and manage your work order invoices, so you can track and manage your spending accurately. Your invoices usually take up to a month before it shows up on a work order.

Now, you can almost instantly view and download  your invoices once the work order has been marked done in our system. By enhancing this work order feature, you can accurately track your maintenance expenses.

How to Access Your Invoices

Accessing your invoices is easy. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your owner dashboard

2. Click the "Maintenance” tab

3. View and select a Work Order

4. Click on the “Invoices” tab

Once you select and open a Work Order, you can view and download your invoices for that work order.

Since this update was implemented recently, only invoices in Work Orders created after January 23, 2023 will appear on your dashboard. No worries though, we keep track of all the invoices you have incurred before January 23.
