We know how important it is for you to conveniently maintain your property, so we’re excited to introduce the Vendor Bidding System—a portal that lets you stay on top of your Work Orders by giving you the freedom to choose between top three vendor bids and select the best cost and schedule that works for you.

Now you can easily track lease renewals, view a condensed Rent Payment Report, and modify a lease’s particulars prior to renewal.

Improved Service Selection Screen
